This Kensington bathroom remodel was a complete gut renovation in a classic Kensington-style bungalow. We managed to fit both a deep, full-size bathtub and a stand-up shower along one wall, thanks to a custom-built shower enclosure with a handmade pan. The shower walls were crafted from solid slab Carrera marble, creating a sleek and luxurious feel. For the flooring, we chose an octagon tile with black corner inlays, paying homage to the home’s mid-century charm. A standout feature of this remodel was the installation of a 12-foot panoramic door leading to a deck overlooking the canyon—an upgrade that transformed both the bathroom and the adjoining bedroom by bringing in natural light and incredible views.
