This project involved a pre-sale remodel for one of our real estate team colleagues. The kitchen, originally dingy and cramped, required a complete overhaul to enhance its appeal for potential buyers.

Our team began by removing all outdated features and reconfiguring the layout. We extended the countertop space by approximately four feet, significantly increasing both usability and storage. The sink was repositioned to be perfectly centered in the bay window, and the design was adjusted to accommodate a 36-inch refrigerator and a full-size range.

The renovation resulted in a modern, functional kitchen that maximized space and efficiency, making the home more attractive to prospective buyers.
