This project began as a flood repair after a burst pipe led to extensive damage in the bathroom and laundry room. We undertook comprehensive repairs, including carpentry and drywall work. In the bathroom, we created a custom shower featuring a striking black stack stone wall, adding both a dramatic and luxurious touch. For the laundry room, we designed a practical and stylish solution with an under-counter washer and dryer. We built a lift kit for the cabinets, allowing the countertop to be positioned above the appliances, and installed an undermount butcher block stainless steel farm sink. The result is a unique and functional space that exceeded our client’s expectations.
